Many years ago, Shaji of movieroom created my Music Workstation for music programming and composing. He did the acoustics, sound proofing and the interior design. His knowledge, concepts, passion and ideas for sound are amazing. Along with wonderful sound proofing he created pleasing interiors. He was there almost every day when the work was in progress. His passion and commitment to detail and quality is highly appreciable. I still use the same space for all my music programming work and always felt motivated to sit and work there. Shaji of movieroom did the interior designing and execution of our two houses in Chennai. All that we asked for was light and SPACE in the houses. He created the space through sensible choice of colours, shapes, light, wood, art and artefacts. The simple and innovative shapes of the furniture were marvelous. Look and feel went hand in hand with utmost utility created a really HAPPY LIVING SPACE. He also created a minimal but engaging Home Theatre cum Music Room in one of the houses. The houses look fresh and contemporary even after years. The money spent was more than worth and we are still living happily in these lovely homes.
